Although a block of rooms has been reserved at Cabra Castle, the wedding venue, for the night of the wedding (and there is some availability for the nights surrounding the wedding) on May 28, 2025, there are also options available nearby.

How to Book a Room on the Grounds of Cabra Castle:
Please read these instructions carefully, as the process of booking a room is not user-friendly. Note that dates on the Cabra Castle website will be displayed in a European format, or [DAY] [MONTH] [YEAR]. On the night of the wedding, 28 May 2025, there is room available for each guest attending. For the nights before and after the wedding, there may be limited availability. As of 9/14/24, there is no availability on the grounds of the castle the night of Monday, 26 May 2025.
On your desktop, in a separate tab, window, or screen go to https://cabracastle.com and use these instructions to work through the Cabra Castle website to book a room.
At the top right of the page, select the tab for “WEDDING GUEST”
3. After the new page loads, click “Wedding Code” and enter this reservation code: W52805
4. Then, choose the filters you’d like to apply, including dates, and the number and type of guests.
5. By default, the page will then display options by room type, but we recommend selecting “List View” to make it easier to compare in the next step.
6. To view the room types that are actually available (you will not be able to view individual rooms, only room types available), you need to click the “Check Availability” button. You will need to click this button again any time you change filters or view settings on the page. If you’re thinking to yourself, “wow, this seems hard. Does it have to be this way?” the answer would be that no, not it doesn’t have to be this hard and it’s because this website was designed poorly. Sorry.
7. Now you can see what options are available. If you’re ready to continue on, choose “Select” for the room type you would like. Remember, any time you change a search setting you must click “check availability" again before being able to choose a room type to book.
Note: if you need to convert the Euro price displayed to U.S. Dollars, the easiest way is to use Google. Try putting “[210 Euros] to USD” in your search bar, or ask your favorite Gen AI tool!
9. Choose room upgrades if you’d like and take a second to review the “General Hotel Policy” which references the hotel’s lenient cancellation policy. Click “Book It!” to move to checkout. It doesn’t matter which “Book It!” button you choose, I’ve tested both.
8. On the next page, you’ll see additional details about the room type you’ve selected. Click “Book It!” to move forward.
10. You are finally at the checkout page. Enter your personal details and payment information, then scroll down to click “Book Now’ to submit. Although you will be emailed a receipt, I recommend printing this page or saving a screenshot, or saving to PDF for peace of mind.
11. If you haven’t yet, make sure to RSVP while you’re at it and let us know that you’ll be staying at the castle.
